OLIVET GIVING DAY
“Where your treasure is, there your heart will be also.”—Matthew 5:21
What does Olivet mean to you? Perhaps it’s the fellowship, the worship, the care you receive and give, or the ways you serve. Maybe it’s the place and community where you know belonging and will be there for you. These are treasures; treasures to be tended and cared for, never taken for granted.
Olivet Giving Day is a simple yet powerful invitation: to give in gratitude for what this church means to you, and to invest in the ministry that continues to shape lives here and beyond our walls. Every gift, no matter the size, helps sustain worship, outreach, music, learning, and care throughout the year.
Thursday, April 9, is Olivet Giving Day, a special 24-hour event for our church family to support everyday ministries. Please prayerfully consider what you can give, and perhaps this can be an easy launch into making a regular monthly or weekly gift for our mission.
In addition, we invite our children to a special Noisy Offering on Sunday, April 9. There will be metal pots up front, and the kids will be invited to come forward and dump coins into them. It’s noisy. It’s fun. It’s a great help to the ministry we share.
