The mission of the Olivet Lutheran Church Library is:
To provide resources that encourage spiritual growth, explore the Christian Faith, educate, and entertain.
Hours and Location
The library is located just south of the narthex on the main floor, and is available any time when the church is open. A library worker is available to assist you on Wednesday evenings during the school year and Sunday mornings. The library is also used for meetings and gatherings, so please call the church office at 235-6603 to check on availability.
Materials may be checked out at the library desk.
1. Print first and last name on card found in back of book.
2. Stamp due date on card and on sheet in back of book (3 weeks).
3. Leave card in basket.
All materials may be checked out for 3 weeks. To renew an item: please e-mail the library at firstname.lastname@example.org or leave a note at the library desk, or call the office at 235-6603.
HOW TO SEARCH FOR MATERIALS
A computer is available in the library for patrons to search our library holdings. Patrons may also access our catalog via the internet using the following link: https://olivetlutheran.library.site. If you wish to make a list of items to check out, you may add them to the “book bag” and either e-mail it to yourself or print the list out.
Please e-mail the church library at email@example.com or call the church office at 235-6603, if you would like assistance — we are happy to help!
Monetary gifts in honor or in memory of loved ones may be designated to the Olivet library, and have historically represented the main source of funding for our library. Gently used books and DVDs are also welcome.
